Canadian Retail Solutions provides state of the art Inventory Control and Point of Sale Software to a large client base across Canada. The Software Trainer and Customer Relationship Champion above all else must have a genuine desire to help improve our customer’s lives through service and attention to their needs. If this position is right for you, you will be passionate about technology solutions and the retail industry, and have a strong desire to learn and grow. A background in retail sales and/or management will be an asset that will help in understanding our client’s needs.
Skill Requirements:
-Ability to learn and translate software knowledge quickly
-Proven training skills
-Confident phone manor and communication
-Demonstrate software solutions to prospective new clients
-Support existing clients with our software solutions
-Ability to work unsupervised from a focused and private home office location
-Reliable vehicle with good driving record, GTA and various other travel is required.

-Positive and friendly nature
-Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
-Team orientated
-Service orientated business approach to customers
