Qualities of a successful Technical Sales and Service Representative include being an able communicator, a great listener, honest, and interested in clients’ welfare as well as a very high technical apptitude.
Good organization skills are needed to complete necessary paperwork and internal communication with the staff is necessary to ensure that proper installation and training take place. Technical Sales and Service Representatives must maintain steady follow-up communication with our clients to ensure they are using their system successfully, to provide them with consumables and other products, and to get referrals.
