Where to go

Colin recognized my voice when he picked up and was able to show me exactly where I would go to make the changes to Retail Pro. Also he did a screen print/clipboard to show where the changes are made.

Quick fix on Saturday

I left all the login info on voicemail and as soon as the tech was finished he signed on and fixed the problem right away while speaking to my staff onsite. He then followed up with me after everything was fixed. I really appreciated how quickly everything was done as it was a busy Saturday and the till was frozen. Thanks Charlie!
