In an effort to minimize confusion and disruption, starting on September 3rd 2024, existing merchants currently on the Plus, Professional or Enterprise tiers will be grandfathered in to the Complete tier at their current contract rate. This tier will include ALL of the existing features of their current point of sale system, PLUS the addition of new features that now comes included in the Complete tier.
Existing merchants will be contacted directly by the Heartland development team to facilitate this migration up until September 19, 2024.
