Introducing Heartland’s NEW Billing Platform, Powered by Ordway

Key Features and Changes You Can Expect as an Existing Heartland User

  • New invoice template: You will notice an updated, user-friendly invoice template that enhances clarity. Please note you will only be able to view NEW invoices in our Heartland Billing Portal. All invoices prior to August 2024 will need to be requested directly from Billing Operations at accounting@heartland.us 
  • New email address for communications: Moving forward, all communications regarding billing and invoices will be sent from a new email address. Please add no-reply@ordwayplatform.com to your contacts to ensure you receive important updates and notifications.
  • ACH payments processed by a new service: In an effort to improve the efficiency and reliability of our ACH transactions, we have moved to a Global Payments ACH processing facilitator. The new bank ID for ACH is: Wells Fargo – 1223755714. If you have any questions or require assistance, the Heartland POS Billing team is available at accounting@heartland.us or 833-844-4767 option 4. Merchants who select their Heartland Merchant Processing Account will not see a change in the way their payments are processed. 
  • Switch to a prorated system: We are transitioning to a prorated billing system, which offers greater flexibility and accuracy in billing for services rendered. With prorated billing, during the month of a contract change, any items added or removed from your contract will be billed for the number of days that the item is active.
  • New payment portal link: You will receive a link from Ordway Labs to access the new Heartland Billing Portal. In this portal, you can conveniently view your invoices and update your payment information for ACH or credit card payments. If you prefer to pay by another method, such as your Heartland Merchant Processing Account, please reach out to accounting@heartland.us for a DocuSign Payment form.
