New Business Consultants

We are happy to announce that we have 2 Business Consultants at CRS. We are excited about what this means for retailers. Both come to us with vast Retail experience and a passion to help retailers. Marc and Samantha are happy to use their experience, along with our Winning@Retail™ solution, to help your business grow and succeed in today’s competitive retail environment.

Marc Beerling

Marc Beerling
Marc joins the CRS team with 15+ years in retail. He has worn every hat a retailer can wear and now puts his experience and expertise to work helping other retailers increase sales, improve cash flow and ultimately improve profitability.
He often says with a grin that he’s “Proudly made every mistake you can possibly make in retail and business ownership. Thankfully, I’ve learned from every single one of them.” Marc began as a Canadian Retail Solutions client in 2012. He saw the science behind it work so well as a tool in his business, that it was soon apparent that he needed to learn how to help other retailers, whether large or small, turn their business around, become profitable, improve cash flow and more importantly help retailers sleep at night!

Samantha Jones

Samantha Jones
Samantha Jones was born and raised a “southern belle” in Alabama. She has been in the fashion industry for 19 years. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Fashion Retail and Marketing. She started her career in the wholesale side as a sales rep for 10 vendors in the missy contemporary world. She took the leap and opened Serendipity Boutique in April 2004. The store is successfully still running in Birmingham Alabama under her supervision.
She has a Management-one plan since the first year she opened. She believes: “I never lose. I either WIN or I LEARN. LOVE people, Believe in people, and Encourage people and your rewards come in significance NOT success. Success is about you and significance is about helping others.
She wants to live in a world where people are “quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Where action speaks louder than words and where everyone does their part.”
