If you prefer one-on-one training we have excellent trainers available to cover your questions. They can range from the simple to the complex. Our main goal is to make sure that you and your staff know your Retail Pro software well enough to get the most out of it.
Finally, it’s highly recommended that you start your own internal documentation on common processes. The use of a manual and flowcharts will really help new staff become productive more quickly. This will also help you provide a standard experience for customers and vendors.
